My 2007 Lincoln Mark LT 5.4 Triton 3v doesn't have the two piece Motorcraft spark plug issue?

I have read horror stories about these plugs and that is why I worry.

The trucks look so much better without the running boards but it's a PITA to have to climb or hop into the truck every time.
