Default What basic maitinance should I do?

Just wondering what I should do to the truck. I'm the 2nd owner and I have no clue what what done with it in the first 65,005 miles. I'm at 75,200 miles right now. Should I change fluids? if so what ones trans fluid and filter? diff fluid? Just looking for any tips of things that should be taken care of to keep er running as longs as possible.

Its always a good idea to change all your fluids when you buy a new vehicle. Oil, trans fluid and filter, diff etc. You could also do spark plugs, fuel filter, air filter, clean the throttle body and mass air flow sensor.

Fuel filter, air filter, diffs, trans flush, get the throttle body and upper intake cleaned, injector cleaner, plugs, coil boots as needed would all be good

So far I've got a new air filter and done oil filter and oil as needed. Injector cleaner was done and I'd have to check my bill but a few other things were done all sensors were cleaned and ball joints were fitted with grease fittings and greased. so looks like fuel filter, plugs, diff fluid and trans fluid are next right?

Dont forget the transfer case! It takes atf. Also might wanna take a peek at the brake fluid and see what kinda shape its in. And it wouldn't hurt to do a coolant flush its cheap and easy.

Change all the fluid and filters out, you just don't know what the previous owner(s) did with the truck.
Besides, who doesn't like getting dirt under their nails keeping their truck up.

Dont forget the coolant. I went to add ford gold to mine only to watch it react with the green coolant the previous owner was using.(it was dirty so it looked gold). Long story short it turned into a solid and plugged everything up.
