Default Valence

This is the front of my truck (2000 reg cab 2wd v6) now:

I want to know if I cant remove just the red painted part of the bumper and replace it with this one:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/02-01-2000-1999-FORD-F150-FRONT-BUMPER-VALANCE-W-HOLES-/200294290458?cmd=ViewItem&pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Part s_Accessories&fits=Make%3AFord|Model%3AF-150|Year%3A2000&hash=item2ea278541a
I really appreciate any comments or replies.

It looks too much like a street truck for me. I'm getting rid of the chrome grille shell also. And I like the 4x4 valence because I want the fog lights and want to add tow hooks as well.

Yea I actually bought the truck from a mexican guy And yes I will def be selling it assuming the 4x4 one I get fits okay, which I'm assuming it will. I'll let you know.

On a side note, I have a pair of the factory 4x4 tow hooks. Does anyone know if i can just drill some holes through the bottom of my frame rails to install em?

If you do drill holes, make sure you use Grade 8 bolts
