Default Using these rims?

Can I run this rims on my truck? And if so what kind of tires do I need to put on them? Size wise
My truck tires are P265/70R17 and the tires that are on the rims now are P125/50R17 they were on my suv

It looks like those rims are drilled for multiple bolt patterns. Just take off one of yours and see if your studs line up. As for tire size it's best to know width of rim usually stamped on back of rim or measured from inside of bead to other inside of bead. They're probably not too wide because that is an 9" or so tire on it now.

i mean size. sorry
the ones on my truck right now are P265/70R17
but the ones on the chrome rims are P225/50R17 but obviously i dont want those little tires, i want beefer ones like the ones on now. how do i convert that so i get bigger tires and they fit.

What you have will fit fine. They're both 17" rims. The tires are also 17". Only if they'll bolt on to your truck. Could you see what was stamped on the back of the wheels?

Just get the same size tires? Do the wheels have a 5x135 bolt pattern?
