Lift kit, 44" tires, V-10 swap, SAS, and that should get you started.

In all seriousness, it'd be best if we could get a picture of the truck.

wash wax maybe some new tires ( ones that are on it are great and aren't too expensive but they look worn ) uhh projector retrofits maybe and catch up on maintenance. That'd be what I'd do. And DO NOT get plug and play HID's if you've thought about it. Just get some Harley or lighting lights and do the retrofits and don't get a cold air intake it just pulls hot air from the motor in and reduces power. Just do the gotts mod

These trucks already have a CAI from the factory. The goal of the cold air intake is to get air that's not as hot as engine bay temperatures.

Look at the way the factory air filter is routed. The opening comes from the outside of the vehicle, goes through the cone filter into the throttle body. That's about as cold as you're going to get without massive changes.

What are you looking to do with the truck? That can help us point out upgrades.

I wouldn't change the exhaust unless the origonal has holes in it. If you want more noise, just change the muffler.

CAI is useless. Save your money.

Why not change the exhaust? I've always heard going from single to dual makes it more free flowing so more power plus the deeper sound.
