You need to download app called "torque" and a OBDII -> Bluetooth adapter.
Personally I knew I would never remember to launch the app and wait for it to connect each time so I got an ultraguage which I have been very happy with. Basically the same thing but a standalone unit that plugs in directly, right now I'm using it to monitor, voltage, coolant temp, intake temp, odometer, speed, MPGs, fuel level/used since fill up, instant gal/hr, instant mpg, torque and HP. They're pretty cool little things.
