I have a 2000 f150 xlt 4.6 4x4
I have codes for bank 1&2 system too lean what should I try first to fix it
It also has a code for cylinder 5 misfire

I think you have a vaccum leak.

I agree, it's a vac leak or bad o2. What are the specific engine codes?

Both of those codes can also be related to a dirty MAF. You can remove the MAF sensor and clean it with MAF cleaner.

To check for vaccum leaks, you can use butane or carb cleaner. If you hit a bad vac line, the motor will suck in the butane and cause the idle to increase. Then you know you have found the leak.

I would first check the PCV hose, and inspect the other lines. If you can't find a vac leak, move on to the MAF sensor.

Do what Stang suggested first, and then see if the misfire on cylinder 5 disappears. It may be that you're getting a misfire because of your lean codes. After that, you can start moving around your cylinder 5 spark plug and cop to another cylinder to see if the miss moves.

BTW- DO NOT clean the MAF with carb cleaner or brake cleaner ...you will ruin it

ONLY use MAF cleaner, or electrical cleaner
