On a more positive note... the Tacoma vents are going to work beautifully for this Highlander. I just need to make some cut's and bends to the pipes. The black piece is the 3D printed piece that my Buddy did for me. It holds the tank pressure sensor.

I am writing regarding the return for Order #____________.
I believe that RockAuto should cover the return shipping costs for this item, as the part arrived in unacceptable condition. As shown in the attached photos, the blue port cover was dislodged exactly like that when I first opened the box. Although the packaging is marked "new return," it is clear the item has been tampered with.
Due to the urgency of this repair, I have already placed a replacement order (Order #__________). Please let me know how you will handle the return shipping for the defective unit.

Anything that was inside that compressor is gone now. They've already sent out a new one, which says it will be here tomorrow. They also sent me a return label (pre-paid). So, I'm impressed with how they've handled it.
I must admit though.... I'm puzzled why they would have a box that says "New Return" on it.

I'm glad to hear they're getting you taken care of, White, though product marked like that should have been resold as "open box," perhaps, not "new. " Regardless, an AC compressor shouldn't be re-sold in that state in the first place.
