you sure do. usually the blower motor will only work on high

Also, I did also replace the drier when I did the TXV valve. It came as a kit, and that is also what I ordered at AZ yesterday as my warranty replacement.

only reason I brought that up was from experience, one of the first lines in the TSB reads,

"this concern is often mis-diagnosed as a restriction in the a/c system"

Still has all 4 speeds. Seems now the temps have dropped, it's working better. Only ran it for about 3-4 minutes.

if it were my vehicle, i would do that TSB unless it was already performed

I'll do that leaf guard mod for sure. I don't know what a blower motor resistor will do for me though.... do you have this info by chance? (meaning the resistance values)

Blower Motor Resistor
Pins Resistance 4 and 2 2.1-2.6 ohms
2 and 3 0.3-0.4 ohm
2 and 1 0.9-1.0 ohm

I'm sure you've sold a few of these too, DJ.... here's another common issue on these Escape's that I need to remedy. Crappy thing is, the Escape is taking a 1500 mile trip next week, without me. So I gotta get this thing going for the Wife and kids! The F150 is no longer my priority at the moment.
