All of this rain washed out the railroad tracks down the road. Luckily the train stopped in time... it's only 20-30 yards from where it washed out.

No sump pump... this is the first time I've seen anything like this in the 8 years we've been here.

I was talking to my Brother, and he thinks we need to look at the window above the bricks as a probable/possible source.

This is the area that is leaking.

Brew, John Petrucci's Wife posted about a show she was at with this lady playing. She raved about her, and she's one helluva a judge, as well as a great player herself.

Anyway, I thought you might want to check her out too. The guy on bass is Leland Sklar, who played for Phil Collins on a couple albums and tours.

Getting the new fridge delivered Monday. The area in which it fits has tighter-than-required clearances. (The current one fits pretty much the same.) This should help let the heat out and aid with longevity of the new one.
