White, with that 01 reman, did it have the better heater tube set up behind the water pump, ie no o-rings but two crimped fittings. The Ford remans anyway, were suppose to have that upgrade. I ended up doing it myself.

Yes it does. I can see down in there well enough to see it's the revised version.

That's great! I've only seen a picture of the modification in a old Chilton or Haynes manual. That's where I got the idea to do it....about 15 years ago. It worked.

That was the mine above, I used solid heat clamps, didn't have a crimper at the time. Ford crimped theirs

LMAO!!! I see them now.

Just went to HF... they have all of their Icon wrench sets for 40% off right now. I've always wondered if these S-wrenches would be handy. So, I brought them home. Oh, and nitrile gloves are half off.
