I hope all goes well with your Mom, Ohio. It sucks when your parents start facing health challenges... my Dad is having kidney issues right now, and if it doesn't straighten out soon, he's facing dialysis (I think he told me his kidney function is at 18%).

I've been very busy at work... so not been posting much.

EDIT: I've also been listening to this guy yelling and hitting bike tires, wheels, axles, sticks, etc. with a hammer outside my office window.

Slept in the basement family room last night. Too stinkin' hot and humid in the attic, and I just don't fit on a twin bed (spare room). Parents keep the A/C set at 78°. (Ugh.)

I just realized I never mentioned: I'm in Ohio because my mom's in the hospital (again). Was planning to leave Saturday afternoon, but might end up extending a few days. The cardiac doc was in yesterday talking about installing a pacemaker on Friday. I guess that's a relatively minor thing these days , but she'll need a little recuperation time, and my dad just isn't up to the task anymore. Looking at in-home care options.
I hope everything goes well.

Thanks man! That thing just keeps on giving....if vehicles were a - holes................less than 1000 miles on it I bet, Can you believe it was made this way on purpose,... Rant over, `it works again. Well almost , the side out almost closes....all but one inch. Think I bruised my shoulder trying to assist. Better look for an adjustment I guess..

Pacemakers are the way to go ...so many reasons. It's that quality of life one can achieve from it that outweighs everything. I know what it's like first hand when the heart can't keep up. Just about to call Mom in fact, she was inquiring about what I've been teaching the grandson. Only good things mom

He was wailing on the metal axle that he had.... so I saw him cutting a branch out of the tree, and that was the axle for a minute. This piece of wood on there now looks larger than the tree branch though, lol!

BTW, I think this is a trailer he's building.... LOL

A. Send him over to Colorado. He'll fit right in.
B. I'd be demanding a new office / working from home. **** that.

So what is doing on the grass there anyway...did someone slip a M80 in his backpack...

Reminds of that guy in front of Home Depot the other day selling hot dogs.

What's in the Columbia bag I wonder...scratch that.
