Brew, I think by me saying Removed Cats is confusing you. I already, for the last few months have had the rear two cats removed. A total hack job that needs fixing, and the only way is to weld new pipe in where i hacked pipe in. This is why i was tossing the idea around of removing the front two, replacing the front two or keeping the front two cats. I am no longer removing the front two cats. Minus the exhaust leak, I love how it sounds and drives. I also have an SCT Tuner but using the Canned tunes.

The 5fours have that Mustang 5.0 sound at part throttle running front cats and a SUV 50 series Flowmaster. If you have the 5four. Didn't do anything for performance but they sound good.

 

I got the 4.6 and already have a flowmaster flowFX muffler on, has a nice rumble to it, Similar to a Magnaflow.

What's the going rate for a new sump pump?
I am buying a new deep cycle battery and charging it overnight, new main pump and two check valves for $550.00
Then I have to pull the auxiliary 12 volt pump out of the way to change the main pump and then put it back in.

What ya think.....

How long are you thinking? 250 is roughly 1.5 hours of labor, IMHO.

 

I have made 2 trips there already, looked at the job, then went back and got the old battery that wouldn't take a charge.
I have it here, my charger says it's bad also, so I am going to go and pick everything up tonight, throw the new battery on the charger to make sure it is fully charged, then go do the job Wednesday.
Finished basement with white Berber carpet right up to the box/ pit.
And they have cats, my sinuses were going nuts after being there 20 min. the 1st time.
The 2nd time was just long enough to grab the battery and run. lol

I plan on taking some tarps to put down and 5-gallon buckets or a tote to carry the old stuff out.
Plus a few old towels for any drips, splashes and my hands.

 

If it's a good friend, 250 sounds about right.
