Same with grass clippings as they can plug up the storm drains. It's a ordinance or a law from the municipality, local government.
Usually only enforced if someone complains or gets hurt.

There's nothing they can do about that, I throw it on the banks. Make a little extra room for the garbage cans.

That's actually another thing that I do. I have a storm drain in front of my house that I try to keep uncovered so the gutters and street can drain into it. The guy across the street does not do this, so when there is a lot of water running down the street (and it aims right into the front of my house) it comes over to mine after it pools up on his side. So, it's in my best interest to keep it available.

Utah as well
Snowed 13 inches yesterday at my house
Snowplow drivers are like everybody else (speeding)
Plow shoots the stuff clear up my driveway and on the lawn past the sidewalk
Must have been doing about 45-50 at 4 AM
I would do the same
They do not let us park cars on the road around here in winter when it snows (some cities anyway)
You get a ticket for 20 bucks or so

A guy at work has a Hyundai Sonata, Hybrid. It has a check engine light on, and everyone at work has been hooking up their generic readers to it, and unable to retrieve the codes.

I brought in my Xtool this morning, and read all 7 codes, lol. I love this little feller. All of the codes are related to the HEV system, and the Smart Key.

They don't plow streets around here unless they are "major" (so no streets where anyone actually lives), so I put my snow where I damn well please.
