That one was from 2018 Brew. There was another trooper that was hit and killed in 2016, and the anniversary of that just passed.

I just got on KSL, and this says that FIVE troopers were hit responding to 350 accidents yesterday. (There's some video too)

Brew, this is all I can find on the trooper you are wondering about.

The trooper, Sgt. Cade Brenchley, suffered some broken ribs and a broken scapula. The trooper based in Cache County is a veteran with 13 years of service with UHP.
I admit... had to look up what a "scapula" was, LOL

That makes sense, I didn't even look at the date which was right there when watching it lol.

Watched both in the link, thanks.

Scapula ? Let me guess, something in the hip area ?

It's your shoulder blade.... which I've always known as "shoulder blade", coincidentally, LOL.

I broke my collar bone in a motorcycle accident years ago. That's how I know it's called the "clavicle. '

I also know you don't want to bang your malleolus on a coffee table leg. That smarts!

I know what the clavicle is alright, I broke it twice on my right side during my racing days. It hurt more the first time. I feel most my injuries from the past. However that one hasn't bothered for some reason. In the mirror, you can tell it's been broke alright lol..

Oh, yea, can't say that I've banged my melons on the coffee tabled tho...sounds tricky and a little strange lol.

I hope we have different "at one time" definitions of "melons!" lol

Was just told about an expected foot of snow to the north. Would that be including you?
