sounds like it is tune up time to me... plugs are most likely the problem... if it has wires I would change them as well... make sure when you get done to reset the codes by disconnecting the battery for about 20 minutes should solve your problem... if not then you have a bad o2 sensor...

check fuel system. Could be fuel pump, fuel filter, or dirty injectors. Run Seafoam in the gas to clean injectors, change the fuel filter, and go from there. Those two things are cheap and easy and will help you find the cause

You need to post what code it was exactly, bank one or bank two or both. It makes a big difference of where to look.

Great, bank 2 is the drivers side, cylinders 5,6,7 and 8, now I would follow larrybunnz there's advice. How long has it been since your last tune up? Misfires can be far enough apart and on different cylinders so that they will cause a lean bank code before causing a misfire code. Like he said a bad front o2 sensor on the drivers side can cause this as well.

If you've done a tune up recently hopefully you used good plugs, motorcraft are my favorite. If you used junk plugs they could be your problem. Also if you didn't replace your wires they could be the problem, but if you know you have had a tune up with good parts in the last 50k miles or so I would go ahead and replace your front o2 sensors and see how it goes.

I had lean condition on bank 1, had crack in PCV valve line where it makes 90 then goes to back side of intake.

A vacuum leak should cause lean banks 1 and 2. I don't know why it would be only bank 1.
