Default Stolen GEM Module! Obsolete!?

I had a GEM Module Stolen from the truck. I gave FORD my VIN and they gave me these 4 part numbers and 3 different Engineering numbers (ENG # 2 & 3 are matching). The bottom 2-4 numbers were superceded which is why he gave me so many. AFTER TWO DAYS OF GOOGLE SEARCHING I have not found a single one that matches any of those ENGINEERING numbers. I'm at my wits end and i need help.
Can anyone decipher GEM numbers? I only need the damn thing to work the 4x4, 4 windows and door locks. I don't care about much else. The truck is stripped. Full Roll Cage. 4 link suspension. Race Seats. Needless to say I'm sure there's another GEM that will work for me. What that number is I DONT KNOW. But i figured any GEM from 00-01 that was for a 4x4 Crew Cab would work. Or do one of you have one of these Matching number GEMS?
2000 F150 4x4 Crew Cab ELEC SOTF
VIN: 1FTRW08L81KF06511

PART#: FL3Z-14B205-ARM – ENG#:FL3J-14B205-AA

PART#2: XU7Z-14B205-BA – ENG#: XU7F-14B205-BA

PART#3: 3L3Z-14B205-BA – ENG#: XU7F-14B205-BA

PART#4: YL3Z-14B205-FA – ENG#: YL34-14B205-FA

I mean.... is that ALL that they took? As you can tell, if they just stole the GEM, it probably didn't do them any good. @akdoggie or @djfllmn might be able to tell you how to find out which one you need. They are both great with Ford parts.

No they took the cluster, and fuse box and dash parts. but those are the least of the worries. I found a cluster, I found a fuse box, I found a guy that can come to our shop and program the key, cluster, and ecu to all work together. BUT this GEM module is being a total booger!!!

I mainly need it too work the engine, 4x4, and the 4 windows and door locks. Any other features I don't care about seeing as this is in a race truck built to race in BAJA Mexico SCORE Races. So I Need a GEM out of a 4 door 4x4 at least so all 4 windows and locks work. So the number might not need to match EXACTLY is what I'm saying. There are features the truck was built with that are no loner there anyways. I could careless about power mirrors, or power seats or whatever else these GEMs control. FOR EXAMPLE my truck has a keyless entry keypad. What if I find a GEM that's like identical to mine MINUS the dumb keyless entry function. But I'm not smart enough to know the difference in these Engineering numbers FORD gave me vs any other 2000-2001 GEM

HOPEFULLY YOU CAN HELP AND SHED SOME LIGHT.

2000 and later, with power group and SOTF uses Ford part # XL3Z-14B205-CA

Manual transfer case uses XL3Z-14B205- BA

Boy, people really will steal anything, even if it is literally bolted down.

@akdoggie That May be the Part Number but what a engineering number I can use? That part number comes up as a bunch of refurbished modules that would need to be taken the dealer in the truck itself to be programmed for the truck. I need something one that's used pulled from a truck so i can bolt it in and have it work. The truck is not capable of being taken to the dealer seeing as its pulled apart and being caged.

Would a XU7F14B205BA work for this truck?

@akdoggie Please excuse the last reply. I didnt see you responded in the other location. Stating:

"XL3Z-14B205-CB will work fine for your application. You can also find that at Rock Auto under Cardone for a replacement.

If you go yarding for it, make sure you find a SOTF 4x4 dash switch and power windows, and you can use that GEM in your truck also even if it has an updated code, as long as the C(x) is the primary ending first letter.. It may have a different end letter (B, C, D) but as long as the XL3x and Cx numbers appear on a take out unit. You will find on a service number it will be XL34 but that is only a reference, not the actual part number. Actual replacement Ford part # will be XL3Z-14B205-C(x) You can use a Cardone 73-3036 if you go reman."

I'll keep all that in mind. Ill respond here at a future date if there's any more hiccups.

Ford told me XU7F14B205BA will work for my application. i found three of those and did buy one. Do you think i screwed up? Because i notice youre listing PN to me and not Engineering numbers.

I'd go with my part number and forget the engineering #'s. Ford number update and can change a lot in the prefix and suffix codes. The 14b205 is the basic number for the BCM/GEM.

My numbers come from my Ford truck book, and are specific to the C ending for the power system in our GEN,.

Checking your part number XU7F-BA, that application fits the F250/F350 SD's from 99-04. I do find an 03 listing for the F150 tho using this number, but that shows with manual t/case. Thus the B(x) ending code I listed earlier.

@akdoggie sorry, I'm hung up on the Engineering number because when you search for these on eBay or call dismantling yards the GEMs are ALL listed by Engineering numbers. Like I called Allied Auto Salvage in Riverside CA and they searched their nation wide data base and as soon as I tried to give them a ford part number and I get to the 4th digit and say the word "Z" they cut me off and say "That's a ford part number. We need the Engineering number"
Like on eBay. I try to put in a part number and NOTHING. I type in an Engineering number and like 50 of them pop up.

I'm looking at buying another right now on eBay with the number XL34-14B205-CB and if I follow you correctly that Engineering number should work in theory because it has XL3 and starts with a C at the end?
