Default Still leaking?

When I put my lift on, the slip yoke came out of the transfer case a little bit, and caused a leak. I was told that a drive shaft spacer might solve the problem. I couldn't find one big enough for what I need, but Zone only uses a 3/4" spacer for their 6" lift, so I figure it should work for my 5" lift too. I put it in last night, I got a brand new seal not but maybe 3 weeks ago?

It is not leaking as bad as it was, but it's still leaking a lot. Any other ideas?

Do they make longer ones or is it just only one size?

Just one size. It still looks because the splines are worn and not straight.

Ok, I'll give that a shot. While I have my U-joint out, is there any way to test that?

You leak is from the seal itself. Get a Motorcraft tailshaft seal. Make sure to use some grey RTV on the flange side of the seal.

The seal and yoke look clean but the oil is pooling on the bottom of the seal.

Ok, I'll take it back to him Monday. Should I still be replacing the yoke, or just another seal?
