just find a single din on the internet or best buy or another store, bet an install kit for the truck (no trimming required, except to the install kit itself) and get the PROPER radio to factory harness adapter. don't try to splice the wires together by cutting off the factory connection.

easy and simple man! you can have a radio put in in about a half hour including soldering of all the new radio wires to the harness adapter.

ive got a sony radio, it was about $100-$150 cant remember what model it is though, sorry man. radio works great. installed a pioneer in my girls mustang, that one was about $100, no problems with that either but again I cant remember the model lol.

I mean a DD can fit, but its going to be hard to fit wiring in behind it, espiecally if you want Navigation, Rca's, etc.

Yeah, luckily with this deck the rcas don't plug into the deck they plug into a harness that then plugs into the deck so it gave me some more room

Check my sticky, you may be able to find a kit without having to trim much at all. I have just heard horror stories about ddins. And most of your SQ decks now days are single dins.
