Did the same thing to mine months ago, only I use a cheap black paint, was about 2yrs old on the shelf in the garage...ran a bit. Im gonna sand and repaint when it starts warming up, looks tons better now tho than it did with that old 5 tone grey.

Yeah, I'm pretty proud of myself! Usually I'm not patient or careful with spray paint. Goes to show if you do it right, spray paint works wonders!

@tugs90 I live in Hull.

I just got done painting my grill and valence. The valence was the hardest thing to paint. Did not want to cover very well. And did not turn out as dark. Might have to pasti dip that. But overall I like the look. Just need to order some black housing headlights to complete the look.

How do you pull the grill out if you wanna paint it? I have a brush gaurd it the way keeping me from just masking it off? Is it hard to do and do you havta remove the head lights and all that stuff?

I believe there is a thread on this. I remember reading it. It might be in the "how to" section. But I think it wasn't to easy getting out. That's why most people just mask it off. Is it difficult to remove your brush guard?

Nope remove the corner lights and eight clips that are in between the bumper and grill 4 on each side and the spare tire tool and the plastic shroud underneath that it has like 10 or so clips if memory serves correct then there are 8-10 black 7/32 bolts that hold the grill on to the shell and the corners slide STRAIGHT out there are 2 silver 9/32 or t20 screws that hold those in you will see them after you take the shroud off
