Default spark plug change

Ok guys what is the recommended torque specs for a 97 4.6 i heard it was 14 but is that right? Also any tricks to get to the back ones??? Thanks

I'm pretty sure recommended torque is 27 ft/lbs someone please correct me if I'm wrong

Use swivels and extentions to get the back ones. Taking the fuel rail off and moving it out of the way also helps

Do not use 14ft/lbs

its 28-32ft/lbs

Just called the ford dealer ship.. he 9-20 Nm wtf??!?! Can some one convert that? He also said the 4.6 just hand tight and then 3/4 a turn to seat the plug...

I can almost guarantee you that if you do that hand tighten 3/4 turn thing you will blow those plugs

Thats kinda what i thought.. but i was having problems one time with a loose plug and i torqued it to 14 ft/lbs abd havent had a problem since... So idk what to do...

if it were me i would torque em down to around 27 ft/lbs and be sure not to use anti-seize
