So seemingly overnight..
My truck has begun squeaking like a son of a gun. Now I have three buddies with this same truck and I know they all squeak, but mine was the one in the bunch that didn't and now it does.
It is not audible inside the truck, so it is tough to know when it started. But you can hear it loud as hell from outside when someone drives away in it and goes over bumps.
What is the general consensus that this is? Is this going to bend me over?

Well where is it coming from ?
Rear springs or ball joints. I do know that driving dirt roads or possible job sites (dusty conditions) will have them squeaking in no time...specially the rear springs.

I would imagine that is it. I live off a dirt road and drive on them quite a bit.
It must be contagious because my truck just started squeaking too. lol I just spent $2k on BS this week and of course I'll probably have to replace every moving part of my suspension to find and cure the problem. Luck! LOL
Mine too! Just yesterday. Well not really squeaking more like screaming, it was a bad caliper on the front left for me though lmao. Nothing suspension wise

Well, if it's coming from the rear, it's the spring pads that wear and fall out. I believe the dealership sells them for $2.50 apiece. If it's the front, it's the ball joints usually. Control arm bushings don't usually squeak, - they dry up crack and fall apart tho lol. I suppose it could be other components up front, quite a few bushings up there. What I mentioned before are the more common culprits.
