Default Tire rod help

Replaced the inner and outer tire rods on my 98 f150 today. Now that I have new ones on there, I could barely get the truck out of the driveway. It locks up when turning left or when i cut the wheel to back up. Any help would be appreciated in narrowing down the issue.

lol, get it aligned. Check the threads as close to the old ones and adjust as best as possible then take it and have it aligned.

Did you over tighten them? I usually try to get the thread as close to the old one as possible before taking it in for an alignment.

Tie Rods, not tire rods.
