I used Monroe Sensatrac shocks. 40-50 bucks a shock, 100% worth it. Rides like a Cadillac now. Or go Ranchro

I installed a set of Bilstein's yesterday and am really impressed with the ride difference.

They were expensive, but they are rebuildable so I should be using them as long as I keep the truck.

I'd say for the money the Sensa Trac's from Monroe are top notch. They'll ride really nice on road. If you're going off road then I'd look into a set of Rancho RS5000's. These shocks aren't going to break your bank and you'll be very happy with them. Also, try shopping somewhere cheaper for them other than Napa. Advance Auto Parts can hook you up with these, as that's where I got mine.
