Is that a box for a supercrew? most that I have seen are full truck width.
Some go behind the seat, but you have to remove the plastic storage area for it to fit.

Those subs are shot, completely useless seeing as how the surround is almost completely torn. Those are the JL Audio 12w3v1 subs, and extremely old. They updated version is the 12w3v3. If it makes you feel better, those subs are only about $40 used in good condition.
I would start over from scratch. Find a local car audio shop and have them give you a price. I used to work at a car audio shop, and here's what I would tell you if you were a customer.
You have the option to have 8", 10" and 12" subs that will fit under your rear seats, but nothing bigger than 12". You don't have a deep mounting depth considering the box would have to be raised off the floor because the subs would be downfiring. The 2 brands of subwoofers I would recommend would be the Rockford Fosgate shallow mount P3 (Model Number P3SD212), The JL Audio 12w3v3, or the JL Audio 12w1v3 but there are others out there.
If you wanted to have a ported box, you would be limited to only having the option of 1 subwoofer, but if you wanted a sealed box you could fit 2 subwoofers. This is due to the air space required for the specifications of the subwoofer itself.
If you wanted a box with 2 subwoofers sealed, or 1 subwoofer ported, the back portion of the box would have to be fiberglassed, due to the rise in the floorboard under the seat. You could not have the box fiberglassed, but you would loose the option to choose your tuning frequency the box would be built at, which is honestly one of the only reasons a custom box is required.
My honest opinion, get a box from supercrewsound.com and pick a sub that is within the air space required for functionality. If your serious and have the funds, feel free to reply or shoot me a PM.
