Default Replacement plugs

I have an 02 f-150 4x4 that has 68000 miles on it and I want to put new plugs in it. I want a good plug cause I take long trips and I tow with this truck. Any suggestions are great.

Thanks,

Everybody keeps telling me to stay with the motorcraft plugs because they work great. You might see what everyone says on here about putting the plugs in. Some guys have stripped the threads when putting them in. I don't remember how much torque needs to be applied.

hey i have an idea of which new spark plugs you should get here is a link;
http://www.haloplugusa.com/products/product.aspx?id=50
just go on the right side and put in the info for your truck and there you go.
by the reviews i have seen and the tests that have been conducted with these things they look pretty legit, they have a chart that shows mpg gains and they are pretty good for just changing the spark plugs!!!

no prob,
and i think those are just generic spark plugs, they dont have much about them if they were like platinum or anything but the halo plugs i have been told will pay for themselfs in less than a month.
and the fact that they are NOT the most expensive plugs you could buy show that they are a rly good value too! i will be switching my plugs out in a few month since the ones my dad put in are still pretty much brand new, but if you do get the halo plugs let me kno how they work out.

I am going to probably order those up soon. Now the other question is how much of a pain are they to change cause its not like just changing plugs on an older vehicle with a distributor or coil packs.

Thanks
