Hello. I'm having a similar issue with my driver side window. I just bought this truck. I took the door apart to see if I could figure what was wrong and when I did I saw that the motor was disconected. I reconnected it and here is a video of what it's doing.

Any ideas of what's going on?

 

sounds like a bad gear in the motor
