Power point electrical interference
When I plug my phone charger into the power point, and the aux cord from the phone into the radio to hear my gps, I get a loud electrical interference that can be heard through the speakers. If I use the power windows you can hear the motors in the speakers. This has been going on since Summer. I blamed it on the charger. If you wiggle it you get major interference. But I just tried a different charger and the problem is still there.
I'm also having an issue with my odometer spinning around like a slot machine sometimes. Do these share a ground maybe. Do the power point sockets go bad.
You guys got any ideas. Thanks.

They bolt to a stud hanging out of the timing cover, and the other end connects to the ignition harness. It's technical name is "radio suppressor".

I thought maybe this issue started when I did my timing chains over the summer. But it was before then even. Here's my original post on it.
