Default Possible speed sensor issue. Or other electrical issues

A few months ago when ever I turned on my headlights I would very randomly get my odometer acting goofy. It seemed like a slot machine with the numbers spinning all over the place. But I only noticed it doing that when I turned the lights on. I thought headlight switch. Kinda forgot about it.

Then all of the sudden the odometer would not light up at all. Just briefly. And this is with the light off. That issue kinda was rare, but it was doing it.

Then I notice it seems like my gig lighter socket has something going on with it. It works ok. But if I use it to power my phone, and have an aux cord hooked up to the radio, I get an unbearable squealing out of the speakers. It changes sound if I wiggle the charger. I really believe the trouble is in the cig lighter socket. But not 100% sure until I try another charger. I did try a different cord with the same results.

Then yesterday I went on a road trip and was using the cruise control. While set on 60mph, the needle would slam down about 5mph then come back. Then all of the sudden while going down hill the cruise got all possesd like it was fitting itself. Off and on, off and on. Then it started picking up too much speed. It was go faster than what I had it set for. By then end of the trip the cruise would just shut off. I would reengage it and it would start to build speed then shut off.

So does this sound like a speed sensor. I watched some videos but seen some were located on the trani, and some on the diff. Is there 2. I have a 5 speed manual. Thanks

I changed the sensor on the rear diff. It made no difference.

Any ideas?
