Default Powdercoat issues

Hey guys I have a question that I've been unable to find the answer to. I recently started tearing down my suspension to be powder-coated. I'm doing everything that will come unbolted from the frame. I'm puzzled as to how to powder coat the upper control arms as the ball joints are factory pressed in and I also don't see a way to remove the bushings from the inner control arm areas. Does anyone know if the 400 degrees will hurt the factory ball joints or if I can possibly tape them off after blasting..... I would really like to not leave them factory as they'll stick out like a sore thumb.. any advice is greatly appreciated..

I would think the grease would run out and contaminate the powder coat. If it where me I would just use a good paint on them to match the powder coat. Oh and the heat won't be good for the bushings either.

Unfortunately the powder coat is a deep candy that I don't think would be able to be matched very well... my only other option is to go wth uniball upper control arms & $600 and find some lowers... hmmm

My Buddy owns a powder coating business. He was telling me that the place he gets his stuff from also sells a matching paint for most colors.
