Default Plug behind headlight switch

I pulled my headlight switch out today and found a plug with a red cap on it. Anyone know what it is for?

I have fog lights so I know it's not that. Anyone have a picture of what the top of the petals look like so I can see if mine look the same?

Do you have switches lower on the dashboard for a power sliding back window and/or a pedal height adjustment? That plug sure looks like the plugs for those 2 switches.

Yes, all 2002 and 2003 f 150's are prewired for the pedals and Power slider. You should have two of those style plugs in there.

Does the wiring go all the to the back window? I would be interested in putting a power slider in if something happened to this one.

By the way awesome truck! My truck dreams to look as good as yours one day

Some of these trucks came with a small sliding part in the back window that would open up. The pedal height adjustment allows you to move the gas and brake pedal in order to make it more comfortable.

Yes, the wiring for both goes from the switch location all the way to the location where the power slider motor plugs in. My truck did not come with a power slider, but I hooked the switch on one end and the POwer slider on other end. It works perfect. My truck came with the adjustable pedals.
By the way, Thanks for the compliment on the truck.
