Check the crankshaft position sensor connections and also make sure the sensor wasn't damaged during your work.

Could the crankshaft sensor cause the fuel pump not coming on even when you switch the key to on? I have zero fuel pressure and have even un hooked fuel line at the filter zero fuel coming out

What happens when you turn the key? To On, and to Start.

How did it run before? And the 4.6 has two head gaskets, not one. Did you mean intake manifold?

More details will help you. When you turn the key on does the fuel gauge show fuel?

It ran fine just leaked coolant from passenger head I replaced passenger side head gasket and head and when you turn it to on everything looks normal besides fuel pump not turning on like it’s suppose to for a second all the gauges work when your turning it over rpm gauge doesn’t move but I hooked my scanner to it and it reads a rpm read out on the scanner no codes besides fuel pump circuit but that doesn’t come up anymore and yes the fuel gauge shows fuel

Have you confirmed power going to the fuel pump?

If the first post you said you checked this and that and 'you name it' so I'm naming -have you checked for power to the fuel pump.

I had what I thought was a bad fuel pump and replaced it by taking bed off. It was a pain in the ***. However, fuel pump stil would not turn on. Make story short I had a bad connection to my PCM under dash side panel passenger side. There was a greenish like corrosion. I used Qtips and alcohol cleaned it and started right up.
