Please help!
So today I was driving and a car cut me off. I blew the horn and it stayed stuck blowing. I turned the ignition off, turned engine back on and horn went off. Then I noticed the radio did not come back on and the a/c stopped blowing cold. Pressed the horn button again and it stuck again. Turned ignition off/on again and horn stopped. Got to my destination and as soon as I turned ignition to off position the horn started blowing again. Started engine and the horn stopped. Had to leave engine running while I went into store. Came back out, got in, as soon as I shifted into reverse the horn started blowing again. Turned ignition off/back on and horn stopped. Drove home this way. Radio did come back on momentarily, but as soon as I turned on the a/c the radio turns off. Anyone have any earthly idea what is going on?

So I found out that disconnecting my toggle for the train horn stopped my regular horn from going off. Still can't figure out why radio won't come on and why a/c is not blowing cold. Did notice that my alarm is not working now. I checked every fuse in the fuse box and all are good. This is driving me nuts!
Disconnect both battery terminals and clean all the them really well. Let it sit for an hour or touch both battery cables together while neither is connected to the battery. This sort of thing happened to me and the computer basically needed to be reset. Once it goes stupid it won't come back until it loses all power. There may be more to it than this, but this solved my issue and it was free. Start with free and easy, then move on if needed.
