Just wondering if anyone one is running 33" tires on their stock suspension 4x4 with a 17 or 18" wheels? Trying to get a picture in my head of how it would look and how much clearance is still there. I have a lariat 4x4 like how it sits right now I guess I could torsion it up a snug in the front but I don't want to do Torsion Keys or anything or a lift. Looking to run a wider wheel in the 17 or 18" size and have a 32 or 33" tire. Thanks for the help.

 

I run 275/70 17 Destinations. They come out to 32.2". Torsion bars tightened just a little to level it up some.
Plenty of clearance. My next tires will be 285/70 17. They are 32.8".

 

here is mine when it was all stock with 285/75/16's almost a 33"

torsion bars were not touched at this time.

 

I'm cranked up a little high, but plenty of room

You'll have plenty of clearance. I'm running a 315 and I still think I have to much gap. You'll be fine.

 

wow thanks all didnt think I would have that much room left looks like I am going to stick with a 17" wheel maybe do a 275 or 285?

 

Here is my 03, turned the T bar bolts 3 times. The tires are 285/70/17 Nitto Terra Grapplers. I still have tons of room.

 

After cranking your tbars did you guys get an alignment afterwards? My tires are about toast, I think I'm gonna get 285's next and crank my tbars
