Is there another way to get the paint code for my truck? The sticker in the door jamb is missing. Or maybe I'm lucky enough that there was only one shade of white used on F150's in 1999?

 

get it from another white truck same year as yours.. maybe in a junk yard... better yet i think u can call the dealer and give them your vin number. Not too sure tho

Well mine is an 02 and it's called Oxford white if that helps I don't know paint code to dark and dont wanna walk to truck right now LMAO. I'll look morrow.

The paint code for Oxford White is YZ. My truck is a 98, I assume it would be the same for a 99. Hope this helps!

 

Thank you dcrawford, I appreciate it. Even if it isn't right, it'd probsbly be close enough. Planning on painting my boat trailer to match my pick up. Why? I dunno... Probably because I'm getting it done for the cost of supplies and a case of beer! HAHA! I've already blacked out the trailer lights to match the blacked out lights on the F150! The guy is gonna help me paint the boat too, once I'm done restoring the interior and finding a motor for it...
