holy smokes that is one heck of a setup! Are you running an auxiliary power distribution block or all off of the battery?

No I just have the stock battery and it has never given me any issues. If the truck isn't running I cant run all of them but I never run them all at once anyway.

I've never seen the inside of a newer fords engine bay, but a switched power distribution block could clean up the battery. Instead of multiple wires, just a single 0ga cable and the stock wiring coming off, and get rid of those pesky inline fuses as well.
