I've never seen the inside of a newer fords engine bay, but a switched power distribution block could clean up the battery. Instead of multiple wires, just a single 0ga cable and the stock wiring coming off, and get rid of those pesky inline fuses as well.
That's what I'm planning on doing soon. Running a main line to a fuse box in the center console and then all my primary wires off the fuse box to a master switch/cb panel I'm gonna build between the dash and center console

I Don't post here much but this is my light set-up. Very helpful when driving in the middle of the night trying to find a rig in the bush.
