Default Noise when accelerate

I get a whirring noise when accelerate.
02 F-150 xl 4.6 4wd
sounds like tire noise at first, starts around 10mph. Then to the whirring/whirling noise around 30-35. Gets louder the faster I go. Start to hear a little rattle with around 50mph and up.
Noise started after getting stuck in a mud hole for 3 days. Water 2-3 inches in cab.

Here’s a list of repairs made since

- Both rear wheel bearings
- Pinion bearing (inner and outer) rear diff
- Front wheel hub assembly, both sides
- U-joints rear drive shaft
- Rotors and calipers on front wheels
- New starter and alternator
- Replaced timing chains
- Flushed trans., new filter
- Changed fluids in both diffs. and t-case

Troubleshooting I have tried

noise happens:

-during acceleration in “D” have not tried in 1 2 yet
-in 4wd or 2wd stays the same
-coasting, braking

No noise:

-in reverse
-in park
-in neutral, while sitting still or when shift into neutral while cruising. Rev motor while in neutral, nothing.

Sounds like coming from under the back seat or right behind the cab, while driving.
Can hear outside the truck just barely.
Jacked all 4 wheels off ground and didn’t hear it, but truck is pretty loud.

Thanks in advance for any help

None of us know what a "whirring noise" is. Could you possibly post a video?
