Default New Guy!

Hey everyone, been around the forum for awhile but finally signed up. Im 18 and currently in my Senior year of highschool. When I was 16 I bought my 98 F-150, which I loved. After putting 25,000 miles on that truck in a year and a half, it was getting tired with 171,000 miles on her so I sold it and picked up my newest addition to the family, my 2000 F-150. It had 107,000 miles on it when I bought it, and had all the options I wanted (Buckets with a center console was a must) and my favorite color. I sold the 98 for 4 grand, and paid 4950 for the 2000 so I feel I made out with a great deal. The 2000 also has NO RUST!!!! These trucks are awesome, thats why I wanted the same thing pretty much as the 98, I was just looking for something that had less miles and such. So far all ive done to the 2000 was a flowmaster exhaust, banks intake, tonneau cover, fog lights behind the grille, and an aftermarket sony head unit and some door speakers. The only other plans I have for her are clear headlights and coners with some H.I.D headlights and fogs, and next spring a leveling kit and a set of either 285's or 305's. Here are a few pictures of my 98, the 2000, and the 03 Mach!

Welcome to the site, nice looking truck. You could just skip the leveling kit, crank the bars and fit 305's like I did

First off, welcome! Second the 2000 looks good, as well as the 98 and of course the Mach1! Sounds like you already got a good start with the upgrades.

Thanks everyone! I liked the black one, but as you can tell I have a thing for red, and as much as I love my truck, I think I like the Mach a little more! I will have to look into craking the T-Bars, I just want the leveled look thou, we will see how the funds are in the spring time. The second pic is of me towing my buddys 06 Silverado, new trans at 97,000 miles, lost oil pressure at 99,000 miles, and this weekend were putting 3 wheel bearings in it! Told him he shoulda traded it in for a Ford! Heres another pic of me and my dad with his Mustang, its an 07 Shelby GT/SC (The last one of 46 factory paxton supercharged Shelby GT's). As you can tell were a Ford family! Enjoy!
