New GEM module
That's a negative on that one, replaced my gem about 3 years ago, and that's all I replaced, had to take the truck to the dealer to program it to my truck, other wise it was down the road for a couple hundred yards and then a shutdown occurred, still cheaper than having them do it all. Saved me about 600 over dealer cost.
If you are to replace the GEM, make sure you get the one that fits your truck code. If you have a 4x4 with power everything, you will need that GEM module. Not one from a base truck.
