I haven't looked into Efans...but that seems like a **** ton of money. If you're hoping to pick up MPG and save money...with that much money..you probably won't ever see the return.

I'm not worried about cost. I think all together it's just over $575.

I considered the Flexalite 270 fans but I don't like their controller.

DCC is supposed to be the best but the guys business practises have been bitched about for YEARS on the forums.

The Ford Fan just works and I haven't read of a single problem with them when they were used or installed correctly.

Painless is the next best option for a controller and the fact that I've used their products for year makes me trust them. I also get more start stop control.

Buying new parts, I don't believe there is a better way to do this except maybe to use the Flexalite fan with the Painless controller. The parts are bought but I'm always open to suggestions.

My route i bought the dual fans that fit a 97 windstar and a controller from o'reilly auto for 70 with tax. A couple fitting to tee into the coolant sensor. I have probably 160 invested and they keep my truck at 192 towing a 3000 pound trailer. Interstate or city driving. I'm not knocking your setup, it's probably better than mine. But I did not have that kind of cash to throw at e-fans.

That sounds like a solid setup. I probably wouldn't have been so lucky if I had went a cheaper route. I can't count how many times I had to pay for something two or three times because I chose a cheaper route. Hopefully this gives me the best chance of not breaking.
