Just run a new ground with wire. Prolly be worth it for the 10 bucks.

Update, got it off cleaned and up and going again, turn signals are working again with head lights on, little random double clicks but they're working more than they have in a long time added some pics so you all can have a visual of what I was referring to, ...just noticed this to but if I'm not mistaken, it looks like my truck has the big 3 done already right? Those look like 0 gauge wires

Update, issue fixed, primary battery fuse was bad (175a) which I'm sure had some part in it which I replaced first but it turned out to be a bad turn signal relay,...lesson of this experience is always try the relays first even if there are signs that its not the relay =)
