Default Mounting a CB

Mounting a CB the redneck way... ***** of duct tape haha anyone got any better ideas of how to mount this? Cause it falls out occasionally

Bought these brackets from lowes for a few bucks and just used a coarse self drilling sorta screw that would dig into the plastic. Cig lighter thing flips out and cupholders open still.

I bought one of those black plastic transmission hump cup holders from walmart. It has 2 cupholders and a 2 section square parts and the cb just sits in the largest square hole. It would have been nice if it had been about 3 inches longer but centered up it looks a lot better than holes in my dash would have. It hasn't offered to slide or move for a month now.

I tried to take a pic for ya but it's just too dark out in the truck.

You gotta drill into the cb?

I searched on eBay for my model of cb and found a bracket for about $5.00 and a couple self tapping screws.
