Exclamation Lifting Help Needed

Hey guys new to the site, but here are my questions.

1. does anyone know where you can buy just the cross-member part of a lift?

2. I have 3" coil spring spacers on my 2000 f150 and don't like the way it rides, will adding a cross-member lift possibly loosen up the tension on the spring, and bring my control arm close to it's factory position?

1) no just no. I have never seen a 3" cool spring lift and for a reason. Just no. You will eat through front ends like a fat kid at a buffet.
2) never seen a crossmember lift either

Just get a 3" spindle lift for around 400 with shocks and blocks. Do it right or don't do it.

I think you're confusing us on terminology here based on coil spacer vs spindle lift. A cross member jut goes between the sections of frame. Can you post a picture as to what you're talking about?

So all I can do is a spindle lift, rear blocks if I need them, and a body lift?

this is what the stock setup looks like on the 2wd.

This is a bit like what my control arms look like.

This is what i'm hoping to accomplish with a drop crossmember kit.

2wd's don't need to drop a cross member because they use coils, not torsion bars. The red thing under my nerf bar is a torsion bar drop bracket, it drops the cross member that the torsion bars go to.

What you see going on in the front of the truck pictured is they are dropping the front diff so the CV's can go to a stock angle. a 2wd truck won't have a front diff so I don't think you don't need that. All you'll be able to do is blocks or leaf springs in the read, a spindle lift (or coil spacer) in the front, and shocks all around. I'm not a 2wd lift guy, like I said I see no point in it but 2wd and 4x4 lifts in this generation of truck are completely different.
