Default Lift/Leveling kit confusion

so i found this deal on ebay on a lift and leveling kit but its a little confusing... it says F130 3" + 1.5 Lift kit. My friend told me it was a 1.5 level and a 3" lift. but i'm still unsure about the title. Can yall tell me if it really is what my friend told me?

no...

Your truck has factory keys and factory blocks...
this kit has new blocks that are taller than the fActory ones and larger u-bolts to shackle them down.

there is quite a bit of debate on the difference between factory and aftermarket keys. IMO the factory keys can lift your truck just as well as aftermarket kits can. and any block lift for the shackle makes the ride really stiff so I dot recommend it. this is all my opinion.

If your looking for a cheap way to get a little bit of a lift I would turn the torsion bars up a bit and get an add-a-leaf which you can find cheap enough. or a body lift which will run a couple hundred as well and if you do go that route go with a performance accessories 3" lift it comes with front and rear bumper relocation brackets and is the most "complete" kit I've seen out there your and you can keep factory shocks with all options.

I wouldn't waste your money on that kit I stuffed 33" tires under my truck and they only rub at full lock in reverse so... If your gonna lift it do it right with a 6" suspension and 3" body and stuff some 37's in there... or you can always SAS it and be the baddest "chick" (only assuming because of the name I apologize if your a guy lol no disrespect) from wherever you're from

That kit is a rip off...

You can get the same amount of lift safely up front for free!... The "lift keys" allow for more lift than the stock keys but I would NOT recommend trying, even a 1/4" over what the stock keys can lift, you won't be happy with the outcome...

Then spend $60.00 on blocks and ubolts for the rear... Or buy an add a leaf kit... And you'll be at the same height as that "kit" for As low as $60.00

I've been boycotting those aftermarket keys for years... The only thing they do that the stock keys have a tougher time doing is wear out/break suspension components...

If you're really hellbent on buying the keys, they can be had for $40.00 from ebay... And it's still a waste...

This is first hand experience, I bought a set for $40.00 to test them and report back for members on here, I think these things should be removed from the shelves and melted down to make something useful...

I actually gave my stock keys to a member on here because he wanted the aftermarket keys out of his truck immediately... His were bottomed out as low as they could get the front end down and his suspension geometry was still horrible...

just save up and get a 6" suspension like stated. zone 6" systems are made well and have all good reviews. and most likely the best bang for your buck. Just my 2 cents on the reviews and what i have read on this Forum

it depends on what your looking for for a lift. what size tires you want to put on/can afford and what your overall budget is

low budget lifts are as cheap as $40-$60
a medium budget would be in the range of $200-$400
a high budget would be in the range of $1000-$2000
and no budget would be a SAS in the range of about $3000-$5000 depending on what you can and cannot do yourself and how cheap you can find the parts that you need i.e. tires wheels axles driveshafts... you get the idea
