well what kind of leveling kit do you have? If it is a 1.5 inch spacer you could always get a 2 inch spacer and not have to replace the control arms. The other option is you could get lift springs (these are bigger springs that replace the stock ones) but once again the highest you can go without replacing the control arms is 2 inches.

If you are looking to lift the entire truck you can either go with a body lift. The best one is a 3 inch from Performance accessories and they are under $200. If you want a suspension lift procomp, fabtech, doetsche, and spring tech make spindle lift kits ranging anywhere from 3"-7.5" long travel kits. but suspension lifts are pretty pricey IMO.

Default body lift

yes it does have the spacers on it. Can you leave the leveling kit on and still get a body lift?

yes it should fit, because it says it fits the regular f150 as well. You should be able to find these kits for cheaper than what they are selling them for directly from PA.

lifted ford did you keep your stock control arms with the 2.5" leveling kit? Also did you use larger springs to level out the front or spacers?
