If your truck is 4x4, that means you have torsion bars, which is not even anywhere close to a coil spring or coil over. If your truck is 2wd, you have coil springs, not struts like 04-08. Your coils do not bolt on as the ones pictured, they merely sit in coil buckets built in to the suspension components. There is a reason there's "leveling kits for 04-08" and "leveling kits for 97-03"

Don't use logic.

Someone told him he can get it to work.

Make sure to take and post pictures of your process for us to see.

I gotcha hoss!
This mod is for anyone who wants to lift for cheap.
1. Go to your local Walmart or sporting good store.
2. Buy several tubes of tennis *****. Make sure they are Wilson brand, nothing else will work.
3. Get oversized coil springs.
4. Dump ***** in spring.
5. Bolt up springs.
6. Get ready for the most awesome ride and flex of your life! Lmao
