I put tuff country torsion keys on mine, and cranked them up a little. Looks good

how much are torsion keys? and is that smarter than just cranking the stock ones?

They usually run $200 installed. You may be able to get it level from the stock keys, but if you have to get new ones DO NOT crank them past 24.25" from the wheel center to the lip of the fender or you will wear out and destroy your current front end components

well is there any way i could crank them and put blocks in the rear to lift it more?

Lots of guys do it. It just won't sit level

Possibly. Some Supercrews have issues with it not giving enough, I went ahead and had keys put in to be safe.

my truck is already pretty level. it doesnt have much lean forward at all. would it be better to just get a lift kit rather than try to get torsion keys and blocks and all that?

You could but this is much cheaper. What's the distance hub center to fender lip?

22" on the front. 23" rear
