Exclamation Idle/Sputtering Problem...O2 Sensor, Moisture?

How´s everyone doing?

I need some advice on what the problem is with my truck now.

I think it began when the recent ice storms hit the Midwest, my battery had died and I hadnt replaced and then the ice came and encased my truck. She also had about a quarter tank of gas at the time as well.

Once it got warmer (50-60´s) I got the battery replaced turned her on and saw the check engine light was on. When I attempted to back out it sputtered wouldnt acclerate properly and died once.

Then while driving it it would sputter really bad at stops and try to die. I would have to slightly step on the accelerator.

I figured it was moisture in the tank and put some Heet in it and tried to drive around to get the engine nice and hot. While driving, what I assume was the engine, made a ¨pop¨ noise twice but on separate occasions. It almost seemed like air coming out cause then it would run better.

No overheating has occured, oil and all at their proper levels. Got the codes ran and came back with a P1131.

P.S. There were no problems before the battery died.

Any help is going to be more than appreciated.

Thanks

Same problem here, when ever I come to a stop the truck starts shaking and the RPMs rise and fall. In reverse it really wants to stall.. No idea why but would like to know what's wrong as well

Just a thought. But after unhooking your battery the truck needs to relearn its idle. So youre sopposed to hook the battery up and just let it idle for like 10 minutes.

The code was a P1131 which indicated a bad O2 sensor in bank 1 or a bad fuel injector.

The truck wont even stay on long enough to idle in place for 10min. It will just sputter and die in about 45secs.

I got a code reader, all I got is o2 sensors gone bad, but those are the sensors after the cats, it shouldnt affect how the engine runs
