So I won't need the diodes and resistors in the line anywhere? Just hot for right and hot for left? They will only work when lights are turned on then, I want them on all the time and then blink with blinkers. Any advice?

No the hot wires from the signals will go to the single diode side, the wire from the marker lights will go to the diode+resistor side. So they'll be on at half brightness whenever your marker lights are on, then blink brighter when you hit your signals. And they'll flash with the turn signals all the time, whether the marker lights are on or not.

Thanks guys, I think I'm gonna plan a little different and combine both ideas and easier too. The one farthest out wire in with the blinker at the trailer harness and the inside 2 stay on all the time with power from the brown wire. I think the easy way is the solution! Peace friends!
